This vision can only be realised with a social movement promoting green and healthy living, starting with the adoption of a plant-based diet one day a week.
It’s just one day out of the whole week, so it’s more comfortable for people.
Global warming in recent years has given us a big revelation: That we must face our environment issues and health status in daily life.
I support Green and Healthy Monday since taking plant-based food is good for the body and for the world peace.
Through taking plant-based diet a day, I show my support to them. It’s also helpful for our health.
It’s very good for the health, it’s very good for the animals, and also it reduces greenhouse gases.
I feel that we should live our lives in a way that allows people after us to continue living on Earth happily.
We’re doing Green & Healthy Monday because it’s for a good cause, and I think we are saving the planet, the environment and the animals, while making sure we have a fun and good time all around.
I support Green & Healthy Monday because I am worried about the impact that meat production has on our planet, on our air, on our water and on climate change. I think that eating green and plant-based is better for my health, it’s better for the environment and it’s better for animals.
I do not want my body to be the graveyard of animals, so that’s why I became a vegetarian.
Although it’s a small little movement if it’s just one of us, if everyone joined the movement, it will make a great impact for our Mother Earth.
Why are we supporting it? Because it’s very healthy for the children, and it’s very health for us.
For 3 reasons: health, the animals, and the environment.
I support Green & Healthy Monday because it’s a lot more positive, it’s a lot better for the environment, and of course, it builds good muscles!
When these chicken and animals are fed, lots of hormone, Beta-agonists (for growing flesh), antibiotics are also fed to them. This makes animals to grow in a very short period. Hence when we eat these animals, chicken, lots of antibiotics, hormones, and beta-agonists are eaten too.
Green and Healthy Monday improves my health, improves the health of our Earth, and beautifies our world.
